BAC water mixing & U-100 syringe dosing

Laboratory Tools

Peptide Reconstitution Calculator exactly.

Calculate exact bacteriostatic water volume, concentration, and insulin syringe units for lyophilized research peptides.

Reconstitute, dose, inject.

Lyophilized research peptides are supplied as dry powder. Add bacteriostatic water, then read off the exact insulin syringe units for your target dose. Presets for every lyophilized compound in the Vyroval catalog.

How it works

The math behind the tool

Concentration

conc = vial dose ÷ water volume

Example: 5 mg BPC-157 dissolved in 2 mL bacteriostatic water gives 5 mg / 2 mL = 2.5 mg/mL = 2,500 µg/mL.

Syringe units

1 unit = 0.01 mL on a U-100 insulin syringe

A U-100 syringe holds 100 units per mL. To deliver 250 µg from a 2,500 µg/mL solution: 250 ÷ (2,500 × 0.01) = 10 units.

Vial yield

doses per vial = total vial dose ÷ target dose

A 5 mg (5,000 µg) vial at 250 µg per dose yields 20 doses. At 7 doses per week that is roughly one vial every 3 weeks.

All calculations are arithmetic only — for laboratory research use, not medical advice. Always verify concentrations with the Certificate of Analysis shipped with each batch.
